The ninth national sports competition to be held in Gandaki province from 5th June to 11. According to the National Sports Council, 35 games were played in the eighth national sporting event held three years ago and this time rugby will be competing in 36 sports.
According to National Council Member Secretary Tanklal Ghisingh, players from 11 states including seven provinces, three departmental teams and one non-resident Nepali team will participate in the competition.
The number of players in the tournament will be around 6,800. Similarly, one thousand coaches and about five hundred managers will participate in the national games.
