Australian Cricket team will visit Pakistan in March next year. Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) said in a tweet. On this tour, the Australian team will play matches of all three formats, where the series will start with a test match which will be played at the Karachi ground.
Last month when one after another tours were canceled. Pakistan cricket suffered a major setback ahead of the T20 World Cup when New Zealand announced the cancellation of the tour, citing security reasons, just minutes before the toss during the first ODI in Rawalpindi.
After the cancellation of the tour of New Zealand, England also refused to come to Pakistan. The England Cricket Board had also canceled its proposed tour of Pakistan citing the mental health of the players.
But it is hoped that with this tour, international cricket will return to Pakistan once again.
