Former Pakistani cricketer Shahid Afridi will play Everest Premier League
Everest Premier League franchise team Kathmandu Kings 11 has signed explosive batting all-rounder Shahid Afridi for 2021 season. Afridi started his international cricket career in 1996, at the age of 16 he scored an ODI century against Sri Lanka in Nairobi, Kenya. Sahid Afridi last played in the T20 International on May 31, 2018. His last T20 International was against West Indies for the ICC World XI at Lord’s, England.
Shahid Afridi and Sandeep Lamichhane are playing for the same team this EPL season. Kathmandu Kings will be the new team for Sandeep in EPL too. Earlier, he had played for Lalitpur Patriots. Kathmandu Kings has picked Sandeep, Dipendra Singh Airee and Subash Khakurel for the upcoming season.
