The International Cricket Council (ICC) has lifted all restrictions against Nepal. Earlier, the ICC had lifted the ban on Nepal but kept Nepal in control of funding.
According to a statement issued by CAN chairman Chatur Bahadur Chand on Tuesday, the ICC has now deregulated funding and freed Nepal from all forms of control.
The press release mentions that the ICC, via a letter dated June 12, has completely removed the controls. CAN said that after removing the control, Nepal will now be able to receive financial grants and activities from the ICC like other one-day recognised countries.
