After a successful first season in 2024, the Nepal Premier League (NPL) is back for its second edition — and it promises even more excitement, big international stars and competitive T20 cricket across Nepal.
Tournament Schedule & Format
The second season of the NPL will feature eight teams competing in 32 matches from 17 November to 13 December 2025. All the matches will be played at the Tribhuvan University International Cricket Ground in Kirtipur, Kathmandu.
Each team will face the others once in the league stage — after that, the top four teams will move to the playoffs. The playoff stage will include Qualifier 1 (top two teams), an Eliminator (teams 3 & 4), Qualifier 2, and then the Final on 13 December.
